What I did is offered them to call the Post Receiving window/form from the Parts Master Form. And the Post Receiving form will be modal. Therefore, when they finish posting receiving, it is easy for the program to update the parts records and the Parts Master Form will show updated values. Reasonable requests I do without charging customers. This one, because they (customer) are not very reasonable, I offered to do for a charge.
I am sure that once they see that they have to pay for it, they will shut up.
