Correct. It took courage for the voices of peace to go against the radicals, who had a lot of popular support.
If you look around, most of the statues are war heroes. Not many peacemakers.

In principle I agree with Trump's idea that US soldiers should be brought home.
My problem with him is that he's a disgusting degenerate who is a disgrace to his office.
