It's always an employer's market if you let people tell you that it is.
One of the big lies that pervades our culture is that someone is lucky to have a job.
As I said earlier, we have reps here in NJ whose sole job is keep a military base open because of the jobs it supports.
With record unemployment, that's insane. It only happens because people have been suckered into the idea that having a job is some kind of benefit or privilege and those reps are doing them some kind of favor.
