We have one client with Windows 10 and they're getting a message on the Mere Mortals menu system which uses a treeview control. It says "Class is not licensed for use."

I've found a reference to a Doug Hennig 1998 paper called "Tame Your ActiveX Controls" and in there he says this issue can arise and there's a FOX.REG file on UT that can be downloaded to fix the issue. Don't know if it's still available or if it still works.

Does anybody have any guidance to correct / workaround this issue?
