Hoped that you'd try to blaze that trail... I chickened out and gave it W7. Any news on the wining and dining of VPAdvanced and/or Webbrowser/ShDocview/MsHtml ? FileSystemObject exists under Wine influence - lately more FSO instead of LLF in my taplings... So COM per se is not the problem.
