Well, not only tech support. You have a pirate copy. It is illegal to use the copy. If you are going to do this, you might as well just burn a copy for yourself.

I would suggest that if anyone sees software for such a low price, call MS and see what you can do to check. I know a real certificate of authenticity will have "raised" ink much like money.
