Rudy Giuliani almost single handedly took on the NJ mob and then turned NYC, which had been declared unmanageable during the 1980's into one the best managed cities in the world.
He was a Republican mayor in the bluest of blue cities.

Since then he's lost a few of his brain cells, I fear.
But if there ever was an example of the power of good leadership, it was Rudy.
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
