Thanks all for the replies.
* No ActiveX controls -- all the controls are what VFP has natively
* There are classes involved -- but these classes are used elsewhere w/o any problem
* This is occurring with only a few forms -- I've got many more forms that *don't* have this behavior
* Saving the form, doesn't clear this problem -- the behavior occurs when I re-open the form.
* There's some sort of combination that's causing the problem.
