>>You can't- and probably shouldn't - control what you hear, but ultimately you - not the press- decide what to believe.
Personal anecdote: after musing about a Trump win, eventually I too was swayed by wall-to-wall MSM coverage that Hillary was a cert.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
Current assumption is that all overblown criticism by any US MSM is just another vicious partisan smear until proven otherwise.
So much for the fourth pillar of democracy.
Nothing personal, but individual expressions of antagonism towards Trump that cannot be reasoned, only repeated, fall into the same TDS category IMHO.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us."
