Honestly, I kind of understand the week() function now. But still it is confusing. Here is what I was trying to achieve.
I want the week to be defined by the Monday. For example, this year the 1st week is the week of 01/07/2019.
That is, the date of the January 7,8,9,10,11,12,13 would be week 1.
And any day during the week of the December 31, 2018 (December 31, 2018, January 1,2,3,4,5 of 2019) would fall on week 53 of 2018.
But I can't seem to figure how to use the week() function to get what I want.
