I was definitely pleased to read the communication from this Dublin-based company. Great reading:-) I'd be quite glad to get supporting evidence on the above sentence. I understand that Azyra Systems has been a long-time user of possibly VO and Vulcan (?) and that they were able to forward their code base and related skills onto Xsharp. Certainly great. I'b be quite glad to read supporting material how X# may be better than C# in some quarters here.

NOT looking for flamewar (see below...) but a decent adult discussion on dotnet as a dev environment for high-level apps in 2020. No vested interest since I am not a dotnet user at this stage (fox, python, smalltalk and of course some C/C++ as most devs here) with no reservation against Csharp but limited practice of xbase compilers (tried them in the 8os/early-90s though but was unconvinced in view of the miracle that fox was in those days). Some (reservation) against java, I have to admit...
