Hallo Koen,

Please remove readonly on
C:\Users\koenp\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Visual FoxPro 9\AB\AW\
(using Windows Explorer) and retry.

Once you're done, please set 'run as an administrator' on your FAA shortcut.
