John, I believe this only applies to dotConnect assemblies, not to ODBC drivers.

Sometime ago I got a quote from Devart regarding deployment of ODBC driver on about 100 machine at a client's premises. The price was very competitive, much lower than the site license for the same product, but it was not free.
