I looked at this a while back. The reason I didn't get it is that's
really just a front end - you still need a backend service thta actually
does the CCard validations. This means an existing config of icVerify
(phone) or one of the other eCommerce validation services like
CyberSource. Having written those interfaces before on my own pcCharge
proved pretty much worthless. Most of the providers will give you
software that can interface with their services so pcCharge is not
a big benefit unless you plan switching back and forth between
validation services.

Thing to remember is the expensive part if you're looking for
validation is at CyberSource or CyberCash...
