I have an app which displays, among other things, some images. I'm using a subclass of Image which I wrote almost 20 years ago and it worked ever since.

Today the user came with a sample of images of .jpg kind which just don't display at all. Not on my W7 VM, not on his box. But they do display under wine :). Which doesn't solve my problem. Now what else can I use? Is the gdi+ the solution? A browser object? What, really?
