I have been retired for 3 years now and forgot sooo much

I was asked to come back to help out with an app I wrote 20+ years ago
it is running in vfp8 using views

I want to upload the data to sql server 2019
the upsizing wizard did ht one snag. It created all the tables in sql but only about half received the data

what is the best way to upload the data to sqlserve now (using vfp8)
