Hi,

I am testing a 3P tool, called NumPad. I created a small test HTML in my VS 2015 project. The HTML, as far as I can see has no dependencies on the files in the project. Yet, when I run this page from the VS 2015 (by right mouse click and Browse in Chrome), the NumPad does not work. That is, when I click on the button, the NumPad does not pop-up.

Yet, when I copy this HTML to any folder on my computer, and open this HTML from the Chrome browser, it works. That is, when I click on the NumPad button, it pops.

I went through the code of the page very carefully and see no change.

The only difference is when I run it from the VS 2015 project, the URL
http://localhost:52284/TestNumPad.html
but when I run the page from a drive the URL is:
E:/temp/TestNumPad.html
TIA for any suggestions.
