I am sure you had some fun trying to create the Visual FreePro. Otherwise, why would you do it, since there would be no future money for this work.
Just within last few days I had to re-create a long VFP method in SQL Stored Procedure. Of course, I could not have done it without the help of the folk here (specifically Naomi and Hugo). But the result is very impressive: replaced a long spaghetti VFP code (of course it was me :) with one Stored Procedure that does even more that VFP. So, my humble conclusion is that everything VFP does can be done with either C# or SP. And the VFP UI is old and needs to be replaced. Walter said it correctly in a recent post. And I am trying to create web pages that do what VFP windows do. But I am probably too late: too old and not sufficient skill set.
