>>That one was despicable too.

Can you point me to where you called him disgusting at the time?

>>He criticized the decision, not the people.

Schumer tried a similar explanation. To be fair, a few corporate news pundits did call him out as you'd expect. Others limited themselves to calling it "inappropriate" while others earnestly hoovered down his gaslight.

>>Serious action MUST be taken NOW!"
>>By whom???
>>Trump is the chief law enforcement officer.
>>The entire federal prosecutorial apparatus reports to him.
>>What action?
>>Let's see it, not hear it.

Trump can't do anything to Schumer. The constitution does allow "Expulsion" by fellow senators, but it needs a 2/3 majority so assuming the Dems vote against it, you can anticipate electioneering on Dems being the party of open borders, high crime, interference with the courts, double standards, etc etc... and you needn't bother criticising Trump for commenting on Stone's matter any more after Schumer had his say with party support.

Perhaps the Dem problem is that they're so accustomed to climbing on the high horse that they believe they belong there by right. Not in the Age of Trump, clearly.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
"
