>>can order the FBI to seek an indictment that would lead to Schumer's arrest as he said dems would be doing to a repub.

I wonder whether Trump is actually referring to what they'd do to him (see below) but for Schumer I was relying on a brief constitution review that senators "shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place.”

You're right - his speech was on the steps of SCOTUS, not in Senate, so this does not preclude indictment or arrest. In view of the strictures on arrest location, perhaps they could treat him like Roger Stone and conduct a dawn raid at his home, with partisan media in attendance!

As for impeachment- who can impeach a senator? Perhaps Trump was referring to what Schumer would seek to do to Trump if he ever threatened SCOTUS.

>>The part that amazes me is that people actually believe this stuff
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
"
