I mostly just check Florida at http://www.floridahealth.gov/diseases-and-conditions/COVID-19/index.html
It is updated every morning. As of today's report there have been 26 cases in FL with 5 new cases yesterday. Still only 2 below the age of 50 (one 29 and one 46)
But I do know what you mean about differences in numbers. I don't know a hell of a lot about diseases but I usually do pretty good with numbers. They have some
numbers that cannot be mathematically correct or at least suspect.
For instance yesterday they show 353 currently being monitored and 1230 people monitored to date. Today they show 476 currently being monitored and 1230 people monitored to date.
The number of negative test and the number of pending test are the same for both days - 301 and 147. Does this mean they only got in 5 new samples and they got the results of the of the now 152 and all 5 tested positive? I doubt it- 21 of the first 322 and now 5 of 5.
