>>You really don't get it, do you?
>>You don't get to demonize all the civil servants who run the US government in one breath, say what you just said and then expect to have an ounce of credibility.

Those straw men are out in force today!

Unless of course you have reasonable grounds that I demonize (sic) all the civil servants who run the US government at all let alone in one breath before complimenting Fauci. The closest I can recall in this thread is a comment that the CDC has misstepped before without POTUS being blamed, but that's more a criticism of Trump haters than CDC.

Speaking of Trump haters: I see that NYT published and then doubled down on a fake news story that Trump told states they're on their own to find respirators they need, which needless to say is widely shared by the rest of fake news. with any retraction muted and delayed until after the next attack is launched.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
"
