>>My medication consumption is, on the average, two 200mg (not the standard 400mg) ibuprofens (called brufen here) a year. Last year, though, I used 5, all in the first week of the year... so it's now about sixty weeks since I last had a pill in my mouth. Don't even remember when I last took an aspirin, perhaps last decade.

I'm still not 65, and being under no obligation to be near keyboard most of the day, I've found my bicycle again and started using it as the most convenient means of transportation whenever I don't need to carry more than 10kg. This was a very mild winter so wife and I were taking the twin grandchildren (turned two this february) on bicycles to all the playgrounds in the area we know.

And starting last week, we reopened the season in the garden in the village. So I was carrying the trimmer or pushing the mower for several hours for three days already. Feel fit like I did in the middle of the summer. Too bad that we're getting some retarded winter next three days - the apricots blossoming is practically already over, so the tiny fruit will probably get all frozen again. But hey, it's a lottery anyway. I intend to keep doing stuff like this for as long as it takes and keep forgetting to look into the calendar.
