>>Hi,
>>
>>One of my customers changes the way they allow me to remotely connect to their server where my VFP application reside.
>>Here is what works:
>>I connect to the Citrix StoreFront - using user name, password, and DUO authentication. No problem. I see on the Citrix Store Front a couple of icons. The icons are for Remote Desktop connection and to load my application from the server.
>>No matter what icon I click on, a file is downloaded to my computer.
>>Then, when I run this file, I get the following message:
>>
>>Cannot connect to the Citrix XenApp server: SSL. Error: Attempting to connect using the (TLS V1.2) protocol(s).
>>The server rejected the connection.
>>
>>
>>My question: is this something not installed on my PC? Do I need to check anything on my PC or change something on my PC? Or this is the customer IT issue? (I spoke with 2 support people, one yesterday, and one today. So far they don't know what is the problem. I think they are simply not knowledgeable people. But nice)

>If you can contact more senior tech support, you could ask them to examine logs. If your connection attempt was rejected server side, there should be a log which recorded that event and the reason(s) why.

Today they resolved the issue. I receive a message from the tech support person (3rd one) who said (in the message):
Added User to Citrix-SSL-ClientChoices Security Group. When User logs into http://workspace.organizationname.org - should have option to connect using secure citrix vpn. Once Secure Connection is established, user should be able to run mstsc from their PC (opens remote desktop screen) and then RDP to server.
Then I connected, something was installed. And now I can connect with the RDP. I hope they won't change anything though.
Thank you!
