We have implemented an .net Activex Control (.NET Container with TXTexControl .NET ), so that we can provide Users formatted Memo Edit capabilities in our VFP application.
Bud: if an User wants to input e.g. Russian Chars he can only see Rubbish. With western European Characters it works fine.

So we've teared down the Problem and used an Simple .NEt Winform Textbox control as an ActiveX in VFP. And we have the same odd behavior.
Any hints to solve the Problem?
