You have to order the CD seperately? I ordered the book last week, and didn't see anything seperate for the CD. I thought it came with the book. For $60+, it had better come.

Is anyone else having trouble with these guys? I ordered last Thursday, and haven't gotten the password yet, or even any response to my emails.
