>>>Re: the clarification - the great thing about CSPAN .org is that you can watch these things in their entirety as frequently as needed.
>>>I couldn't believe that even Trump would say what I saw in the clips, so I watched the whole thing - a few times.
>>>I was thankful for the information Dr. Bryan gave us. One more reminder of how many wonderful people are in the "Deep State."
>>>The rest was just incomparable theater.
>>>Mel Brooks, on his best day - at the top of his game - could only have dreamt about something this good.

>Glad you go to the trouble of looking - but unless you watch the briefings in their entirety- as I do- you still have to rely on topics selected for you by the MSM, such as this one.
>
>Meanwhile you'll need to go to the dreaded Fox news to see Birx calling out the media for its "slicing and dicing" approach to the matter. As for CNN - unless shamed into it the MSM will not draw attention to Birx's pointing out to Tapper that by focusing on trivia (that she brushes off as POTUS musing with his science advisors) the media fails in its duty to educate the people about an important issue wrt aerosol and disinfectant. That's one for the memoryhole - settled science is that Trump thought injecting bleach into people can cure their ouchy, haw haw.

>Birx: It bothers me that this is still in the news cycle... I worry that we don’t get the information to the American people that they need when we continue to bring up something from Thursday night... When he turned to me, I made it clear and he understood that it was not as a treatment. And I think that kind of dialogue will happen... what got lost in there, which is very unfortunate in what happened next, is that study was critically important for the American people...

>Having reviewed CSPAN you'll have seen that Trump was addressing the comments to Birx. QED. Certainly Trump isn't blameless- as KG points out, it's on Trump not to give the MSM such easily twisted verbiage when he tells us every day how dishonest they are. But nor does the MSM get to claim the devil made them do it.

I'm tickled by the obsession with what TV people say about what real people say and do.
The Greek dramatists were way ahead of that urge - they had a chorus watching and reacting to poor old Oedipus' agonies, and the audiences often watched the chorus as much as that poor fella on the stage.

In the real word, though, it's what real people do - not what people say about what they do - that matters.
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
