Just for completeness, I adapted this code from a test / demo that illustrates how to register-free class references when we have a cascade of interdependent COM servers: all the classes must be declared in the manifest of the executable, irrespective of their level (in hindsight, it should have been obvious, but nevertheless I felt the need to demo how it should work).
