If this election follows the playbook of last elections Trump has already won as Biden shows lots of weakness in the areas Trump stumbles and both are IMO too old for the job.
The smart thing to do would be to flank Trump strategy and try for science and fact based politics - and let Trumps words speak for themselves. Most politicians made mistakes, Trump was not always wrong (I am tempted to argue that Corona had angles where every politicians proclivity damped infection rate...) but he made some really stoooopid remarks with his tendency to grand-stand.
But the ra-ra from political machines seems to support Victors assessment of lots of voters more interested in being lied to from all sides.
