Apparently you didn't watch the Simpson's episode where Homer is bought out of his Internet company by Bill Gates himself (and a couple of goons.. er.. lawyers) :)!
Seriously now, I think that's highly unlikely that M$ will cave in to anything. I recall they sued a very small company over the use of the word "Bookshelf" some time ago.
