UPDATE: I found an easier way to change the user name. It appears that I am all set on this.
Hi,
The steps of a YouTube video describing how to change the user name, have the following two first steps:
1. Create an administrator account using this at command prompt:
net user administrator /active:yes
2. Log out and then log into the administrator account.
Here is what could be different. When I log into the PC, I enter a pin (that I had to create during the set up of the PC).
So, I don't enter my name or my email. Just the pin number.
If I try to log into the administrator account, will the pin be the same?
I just want to be sure I won't be locked out of the PC completely.
TIA
