>>Hi,

>>When i Connect to a site from the SecureLink portal, usually, I have to run/install the SecureLinkCM.EXE But it is being blocked. When I download it and run it I am prompted to acknowledge that I want to execute it. I do. But the installation goes so quick that I know that nothing is installed. As a result, I cannot connect.

At times Kaspersky (what I am currently using) could get a bit finicky about stuff and sometimes you end up having to jump through a few hoops (as well as bend over backwards) to allow some programs to install. Their old alarm sound was the best:

I tried the approach you described (downloading and running as admin from the Download folder) but to no avail. I even shutdown the AV. But I have not shutdown the Windows Firewall yet. The strange thing is that it used to (just a week or so ago) work. But now stopped.
Thank you.
