Yes she would. Not so much because of her but she would have had a more professional team running the show and giving advice. Also there wouldn't have been the packing of the Supreme court and the lower courts with right wing trump followers.
Trumps big success was the economy and that was floated on a huge increase in debt. The USA and the dollar are (for now) the only country that can get away with that.
