It really looks like a DPI scale problem.

To find out the DPI settings in the W10 system, go to Settings, then System, then Display, then Scale and layout. Change to 100% just to check if the report prints correctly.

Thank you Tore Bleken / Antonio and all for the help. i have changed DPI setting to 100% now reports are coming correctly.
