They are going to wait for Trump to be out of office before they tackle that one. It will happen in this order:

1. Trump looses election.
2. Trump will pardon himself and his family for all crimes.
3. Trump will claim he is still president, saying the election was rigged.
4. The military or the secret service will toss Trump out on the street.
5. Indictments from NY will happen - and his pardon won't help because it's the state of NY going after him.
6. 30% of the population will think that there has been a Coup d'état and Trump should be president.
