I also use WinMerge. Very powerful. I add FoxBin2Prg by Fernando D. Bozzo. It allows you to convert SCX, VCX, FRX, etc. to text form where you can use WinMerge.

For WinMerge, nice features: Alt+Up/Down navigate difference to difference. And you can use Alt+Right/Left to copy code from one text file to the other. After updating, you can use FoxBin2Prg to put it back into SCX, VCX, FRX, etc. form. A really awesome combo for version comparison, or visualizing change history.
