Thanks for the feedback. It's appreciated.
While I have to deal with quite a few HP printers, for various reasons, I've never run across this particular problem. However, in the event that I do, I would like to be prepared to take the steps necessary to correct the problem.
I would, however, direct your attention (if you haven't seen it already) to thread #135937, and in particular message 164185. It seems to indicate that there may be some issues that are unresolved.
