You need to look at the Graphserver doc for the required support files in addition to the ocx. They differ for 32 and 16 bit systems and some require registration. If you use the SETUP wizard you need to modify the last screen to place the graph server files in /windows/system and for the ole/ocx controls mark them for registration. If you use another package or your own you may need to add a copy to /windows/system and run regsrv.exe or regsrv32 to register the control for runtime. DO YOU DIST THE LIC file.
Hope this gets you started. We have been successful in both W95 and W3.11 environments just following pinacles information.
