>>does review of what POTUS actually said make any difference,
No.
We all saw what he said.
We don't need any reviews.

He suggested it and Clorox and Lysol panicked thinking that when the leader of the free world suggested something that might affect the lives of millions of people, he was serious.
He said that it was sarcasm and we took that for what it was worth.
No need for reviews.

No Russians.
No fake news.
No Mika.
No Dr. Fauci.
No Sleepy Joe.

Just that disgusting, degenerate, draft-dodging liar letting us know what he really is.

Way, way back, when I was entering the management world, a group of us were required to watch "Twelve O'Clock High" a classic WWII film that I still watch regularly.
It remains one of the best primers on what a top-ranked manager faces under extreme stress.
Don't look to it for easy answers... there aren't any.
Great leaders are rare and some situations are too difficult for even the great ones.
If I had to pick one film to recommend to a new manager that would be it.

On the other hand, if I had to pick some clips that show the WORST leadership in this nation's history I'd play the clips of this person suggesting that people injest this stuff and then later saying that it was sarcasm.
If anyone doesn't understand how disgusting that is, I won't bother to explain it - it would be a waste of time.
I've seen some pretty shabby stuff coming out of Washington, DC, but these clips plumb new depths
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
