I just installed VFP 9 on my new Win/10 computer.

When I execute this code:
SET LIBRARY TO /MyPath/FoxTools.FLL
I get error 1691: "Library file 'name' is invalid, rebuild the library"

Any suggestions on how to solve this problem?
