Be interesting over the ext few years to see how the legal shift to the right that the Republicans have engineered sits with a population that may be going the other way Trump lost the popular vote and will probably do worse this time.

if the democrats get both house and the Presidency they may consider making a few fundamental changes in how elections are done and how the law is administered.
