I am using Greg Green's VFP tool that converts a cursor to an Excel. As far as I know it does not ZIP anything; just converts a cursor to the Excel.
I can't disable AV because this happens on the customer server. And it happens with one specific customer.
However, if split the cursor into 4 smaller ones ( about 1000 records) the conversion to XLSX goes without a problem. And resulting 4 small Excel files are fine.

>I believe current Office file formats are basically ZIP files. If you're creating an .xlsx maybe something is going wrong with the zipping process.
