I found 3 versions of MSVCR71.dll on my computer (different dates). I tried all 3 and none solved the problem.
Any other ideas?

I did not try the utility from dependencywalker.com yet--what does it do?

Hmm,

Foxtools.fll from:
- VFP 9 need MSVCR71.DLL
- VFP 8 need MSVCR70.DLL
- VFP 7 need MSVCR70.DLL
- VFP 6 need MSVCRT.DLL
- VFP 5 need MSVCRT40.DLL

You can download utility from www.dependecywalker.com and chek your foxtolls.fll
