I am developing a Customer Service Software to track customer information. The software must be able to make telephone calls ( been able to use the sound card and the microphone from the computer instead the regular telephone handset), send faxes and receive them automatically. Can somebody knows about a a communication packages that allow me to do that...? Thanks in advanced for any information
