The fastest way to get a VFP app (actually any desktop app) as a web-based solution is TSPlus. They offer various license levels but even the top end license for unlimited users is single once-off payment per server and is cheap imo. You can have a desktop app, or even multiple apps, up and running in a browser tab (uses HTML5) or emulated as a desktop app (uses a browser plugin) within minutes with zero code changes. Just install TSPlus, publish the app(s), create a user login, and you are done.
