Knowing the habits of folks around here, I wouldn't be too sure that each machine is set to 1250 locale; many don't even use šđžčć... so either specifically say 1250 somewhere before loading the file (or during, see if there's a codepage parameter in .LoadFromFile()), then set it to UTF-8, or hold your thumbs (which is serbian for fingers crossed, for the uninitiated).
