How to make image clickable in PDF file created by XFRX ?

I added

#UR A HREF="http://levelextreme.com"

to comment but image is still not clickable.
If this is added to expression field comment , text is clickable.

Image field is defined as "Image file name" or "Expresion or variable name" radio button.
Using some years old xfrx.
Or is there some other PDF creator which allws to create pdfis with clickable images from VFP ?
