>Does an avowed atheist really want to say that?

;-))

Let me start off by saying that the COVID death count (percentage of COVID deaths divided by population size to be comparable...) coupled with the Trump dishonesties on Corona and scientific findings alone IMO are reason enough not to vote for Trump. Surpassing 9/11 death count each week due in part to lousy guidelines and preferences is something I cannot fathom not to be strongest argument. US went to war for a "few" thousand killed by a single attack, now you rack up those numbers every few days without outcry. BLM, Supreme Court stuffing, Tump taxes, Trump golfing at own resorts pale in comparison IMO.

>Trump is a symptom- not a cause.

ACK, I'd say "more symptom than cause"

>You and your fellow Republicans are the cause.
>Your party's racist hatred has enabled this maniac.

Blaming one side totally is not helping - quite a few issues on other side as well.
IMO lack of external adversary considered a real threat after '89 allowed too much internal bickering.
Dems fielding HRC and now with Biden a guy even older than Trump enabled Trump as well.

...
>It's time to start telling it as it is.
>If you support anyone in that party, you are worse than Trump.

There seem to be some (few) Republican Governors doing a good job at least on Corona measures - defying Trump wishes and attitudes. With such an attitude ("anyone"!) you could be considered part of the problem, as those doing good work and getting positive results are not given respect they earned.

Arguing along party lines instead of issues IMO is large part of the core rot, and your post argues doing just that by damning all GOP members and supporters.
