Hallo Christian!
The hard core would be to generate a canvas using GDI+ (assuming we are talking about VFP 9 or VFPA), receive the MouseMove / MouseDown / MouseUp events the tablet generates and draw a bunch of dots on the canvas. GDI+ enables to store the result.
You will not have control about pressure, angle and so on.
