After a problem I had with my Windows 10 PC (which I seem to have successfully resolved), I have an issue with the MS 365. The problem is that when I open any MS 365 program (e.g. Word), the top message says "Unlicensed." And when I open any Word document, I see the message "Activate". I click on Activate, prompted to enter my email. I do, click Next. I get no error message but I am still not logged in and the Activate message does not go away.
I can log into the MS 365 Family Account (on either Windows 7 or the Windows 10), no problem. And I see that I use the MS 365 on Windows 7 and Windows 10. But on Windows 10, I am supposedly "unlicensed."
Many times I clicked on Send Feedback and described the problem. But no reply from MS.
What would you suggest I do? One idea I have is to completely uninstall the MS 365 and install it again. Does it make sense?
